Marianne Anthonissen

Marianne Anthonissen is an experienced professional in People Operations and Architecture with a diverse background in managing human resources, workforce planning, and design projects. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at OMA since January 2016, Marianne leads global HR initiatives and workforce policies. Previous roles include Workforce Manager and Office Coordinator at OMA, and a Full-Time MBA Candidate at TIAS School for Business and Society. Marianne has a comprehensive architectural background, having held positions such as Design & Project Architect at Impendulo Design Architects and studioMAS architects, as well as owning and operating SUM architecture. Educational qualifications include an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and dual Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from the University of Cape Town.
