John Pray

John Pray is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web application development and system integration. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Omada Health since June 2022, John previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer II at POLITICO, where contributions included launching a new product and integrating E&E News data systems. Prior to POLITICO, John worked at E&E News for seven years in various capacities, utilizing Ruby and modern JavaScript to develop and maintain web applications and databases. Earlier career roles included web development and IT management positions at the Federation of American Scientists and St. John Fisher College, where John also contributed creatively as an editorial cartoonist and comic strip artist. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English (Writing) and minors in Computer Science and the Visual and Performing Arts from St. John Fisher University.
