Leeann Vitalis

LeeAnn Vitalis, MAOM, MHA, CIHC, CPT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management, coaching, and training. Currently serving as a Digital Health Coach and Team Lead at Omada Health since May 2018, LeeAnn utilizes behavioral science to support individuals in improving their health. LeeAnn is also an author of the eBook "Escape the 4 Sugar Traps" and serves as an Independent Consultant and Certified True Colors Trainer with True Colors International. Previously, LeeAnn held various leadership roles including Vice President Development & Support Services and Executive Director of Employee Services at St. Croix Regional Medical Center, where significant improvements in organizational effectiveness and patient satisfaction were achieved. Additional experience includes instructional roles at the University of Minnesota and various HR positions across notable healthcare organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and an Executive Master of Healthcare Administration.
