Nathan Salha

Nathan Salha is the current General Counsel at Omada Health. Prior to their current position, Salha worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from November 2010 to September 2015. Nathan's work focused on general corporate law, securities laws and transactional matters, with an emphasis on internet and technology companies, venture capital transactions and capital markets. Nathan regularly counseled a large number of private, emerging growth companies in day-to-day matters involving company formation, corporate governance, fiduciary obligations, state and federal securities laws, employment matters and equity incentives. In addition, Salha represented issuers and investors in dozens of equity and debt financing transactions, from initial seed funding through late-stage rounds, as well as in complex recapitalizations, strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Nathan also represented and advised various public companies with respect to securities laws, general corporate matters and disclosure obligations, including Securities Exchange Act reporting. Finally, Salha represented both issuers and underwriters in a variety of public company financings, including initial public offerings. Prior to their work as an Associate, Salha worked as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins from May 2009 to July 2009.

Nathan Salha attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where they earned their JD. Nathan also holds a BA in English & Economics from Santa Clara University. Nathan is certified by the State Bar of California in California State Bar.
