Karol Kielan

Karol Kielan began their work experience in 2005 as a Manager at CHI Polska S.A. In 2007, they moved on to Roche where they held various roles such as Specialist Application Management and Senior Specialist Application Management. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Service Manager at Roche, establishing and maintaining relationships with IT partners and implementing efficient working models. Karol then became the Delivery Service Manager at Roche from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and leading teams through organizational changes. In 2014, they joined HRS - The Hotel Portal as a Team Leader/Scrum Master, leading teams through organizational change and managing scrum teams. Lastly, they worked as a Scrum Master/Team Leader at Omada A/S from 2016 until present.

Karol Kielan has a diverse education history. Karol obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, where they studied from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued Coaching & mentoring at the same university from 2018 to 2019. In 2007 to 2008, Karol attended the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Karol completed their undergraduate education at the Warsaw School of Computer Science from 2002 to 2006, earning an Inżynier (Inż.) degree.
