Magdalena Klupińska

Magdalena Klupińska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Magdalena currently works at Omada as a Recruitment Manager, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at Omada from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Omada, Magdalena worked at DCG as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from February 2020 to August 2021, and as a Recruitment Consultant from February 2019 to January 2020.

Magdalena also gained experience at Netcompany as an HR Junior Consultant from January 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Hays as a Researcher IT/Intern from July 2017 to December 2017.

In addition, Magdalena has teaching experience. Magdalena worked as a Polish Language Teacher at Frontex from January 2016 to June 2017, and at Foreign Education Services (FES) from July 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as a Private Tutor at e-korepetycje.pl from October 2012 to December 2016.

Magdalena Klupińska obtained their Bachelor's degree in Polish studies from the University of Warsaw between 2012 and 2015. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Polish studies at the same institution from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they enrolled in the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they completed a postgraduate program in HR Biznes Partner in 2020.
