Alex Rodriguez

Alex Rodriguez is an accomplished theatre professional with extensive experience in various roles within the performing arts industry. Currently serving as Co-Artistic Director and Associate Artistic Director at Omaha Community Playhouse since May 2023, Alex has previously held prominent positions such as Entertainment Project Manager and Vocal Rehearsal Director at Carnival Cruise Line between June 2013 and April 2023. Additional experience includes stage direction at San Antonio Broadway Theatre, adjunct instruction at Marymount Manhattan College, and acting roles with Barrington Stage Company. Alex has also contributed as a teaching artist and casting assistant at various organizations, while holding graduate and undergraduate degrees in directing and musical theatre from Texas State University and Jacksonville University, respectively.
