Meagan Wallace

Meagan Wallace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce transformation and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as the Workforce Transformation Program Manager and formerly as the Workforce Transformation Program Specialist at Omaha Public Power District since July 2019, Meagan focuses on converting strategic visions into actionable initiatives that drive sustainable change. Prior to this, Meagan worked for Union Pacific Railroad from June 2009 to July 2019 in various roles, including Benefits Analyst and Sr. Specialist in HR Services, where efforts included improving employee benefits processes and implementing a centralized call-center system. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
