Christian Perversi

Christian Perversi has extensive experience in the meat production industry, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Production Officer at Omaha Steaks since September 2011, where previous roles included Director of Plant Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cargill, where Christian held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager and also served as Shipping and Loadout Superintendent. A foundational role as a Food Scientist at Cargill Meat Solutions involved implementing quality control labs and food safety technology. Christian began a career in the industry as a Ranch Hand at La Martita SA, focusing on sanitary control, pasture budgeting, and herd management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Wichita State University, a Master of Science in Meat Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Medicine from Universidad del Salvador.
