Randy Johnston

Randy Johnston is a seasoned professional in the meat procurement and market intelligence sector, currently serving in a role focused on protein procurement at Omaha Steaks since April 2021. Prior to this position, Randy held significant leadership roles at Tyson Foods as Managing Director of Sales for the Tyson Fresh Meats Group from August 2017 to April 2021, and at National Beef as Vice President from July 2015 to July 2017. Experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Procurement at Sysco, Vice President of Procurement and Lead Beef Commodity Buyer at Buckhead Beef, and various roles at IBP INC, including National Account Manager and Beef Sales Representative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Service and Development from Tarleton State University.
