Veronica Rivas

Veronica Rivas, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations management. Veronica currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Omakase Restaurant Group since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Morphe as a Senior Specialist and then as a Specialist in People Operations from December 2018 to January 2020. From December 2012 to July 2017, Veronica held the role of Operations Manager at Pacific Dental Services, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various areas such as P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting, community service planning, and team coaching. Veronica started their career in the dental industry as an Office Manager and Business Development professional at a high-volume dental practice. During their time there from January 2004 to September 2009, Veronica implemented effective hiring and training strategies to provide the highest level of patient care.

Veronica Rivas, SHRM-CP, obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Chabot College, spanning from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Bryman College from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Dental Assisting. In addition to their educational background, Veronica has also obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2021.
