Amin Virani

Amin Virani is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple banking institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Oman Housing Bank since March 2024, Amin previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at JS Bank from September 2022 to March 2024. Amin's career also includes significant roles such as Executive Vice President at United Bank Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing financial control and management reporting, and Vice President & Deputy Head of Strategic Planning & Financial Control Division at Union National Bank. With a foundational background in finance, Amin's career trajectory has encompassed positions at major institutions including BankMuscat, Allied Bank Limited, and NIB Bank. Amin is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant, having completed education at prestigious institutions including Karachi University and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
