Hassan Elhajj

Hassan ElHajj is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as a Group Life Underwriter at Sukoon Insurance since July 2019. In this role, Hassan examines insurance proposals, collects risk assessment data, analyzes statistical information, writes quotes, negotiates terms with brokers and clients, determines premiums, drafts policy wording, and prepares insurance policy terms and conditions. Prior to this, Hassan held various positions at Oman Insurance Company, including Client Services Employee Benefits and Senior Operations Officer in the Medical department, managing new and renewal contracts and handling major accounts. Earlier experience includes working as a Medical and Life Underwriter at Arab Orient Insurance Company and as a Customer Service Representative at MTN SYRIA. Hassan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Damascus University and an Award in General Insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute.
