Senior Manager Payment Solutions at Oman National Engineering and Investment Co SAOG

Imthiyas P.K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment solutions, customer relationship management, and digital marketing within the aviation and health sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager Payment Solutions at ONEIC since October 2020, Imthiyas successfully obtained in-principle approval from the Central Bank of Oman to launch new FinTech products. Previous roles include Head of Customer Relationship Management and Digital Marketing at Oman Air, managing Oracle CX Cloud tools and EDM initiatives, and Head of Airline Solutions at TransSys Solutions, where Imthiyas developed the CREST digital engagement platform. Additional experience includes significant contributions to Oman Air's IT systems and e-commerce projects and managing the National Health Information System for the Ministry of Health Oman, an effort recognized with a UN Public Service Award. Imthiyas holds an MBA in Systems and Marketing from SMU, earned between 2003 and 2005.
