Dr. Muhanned al Asfoor

Dr. Muhanned Al Asfoor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of the Mashora program at Omantel since January 2021, Dr. Al Asfoor is also a member of the Oman Business Forum and has been the Founder & Chairman of Injaz Development since July 1997. Previous positions include Head of the Strategy Office at the Institute of Public Administration, Senior Expert in HR at Omantel, and key roles in marketing and information systems at Omantel and the National Bank of Oman. Dr. Al Asfoor’s career began in the Ministry of Higher Education, where significant contributions were made in planning and human resources.
