Rachna M.

Rachna M. has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and management roles. Rachna currently holds the position of VP of Finance at Omaze, where they are responsible for raising funds and awareness for charities through unique experiences and prizes. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance & Management Consultant at 8020 Consulting, where they handled financial projects for a range of clients. Rachna also has experience in the retail industry, having worked as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at TOMS, and in the logistics and beverage divisions at Nestle USA as a Financial Analyst, Deployer, and Inventory Control Analyst. Rachna began their career as an Undergraduate Associate CRM at The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, Rachna gained valuable experience as an Intern Extrordinaire at Ginger's Island LLC.

Rachna M. completed their education at the University of Southern California and the USC Marshall School of Business. Rachna obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Corporate Finance with a Minor in Psychology and Law from the University of Southern California between 2003 and 2007. Rachna then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert 2016 from Microsoft Office Specialist in September 2017.
