Matt Kesler

Matt Kesler has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and solar energy industries. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Solar Technology at OMCO Solar since August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Commercial/Product Director at Mechatron from March 2017 to August 2017.

Before joining OMCO Solar and Mechatron, Matt had a consulting role at "I help technology companies launch." from May 2013 to August 2017. In this position, they assisted small technology companies in identifying and resolving business problems, including product positioning and promotions. Matt also facilitated partnerships and acquisitions to help these companies achieve their goals.

Earlier in their career, Matt held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sedona Solar Technology from April 2012 to June 2013. Matt was also a Consultant at Phelps Dodge from 2004 to 2007, where they worked in business development. Additionally, they served as a Director at MicroHelix from 2002 to 2004, and as a Product Manager at Applied Materials from 1999 to 2001.

Matt's career began at W.L. Gore & Associates in 1988, where they worked as a Product Specialist. Matt continued in this role when the company became W.L. Gore and served until 1999. Throughout their career, Matt has gained valuable experience in product management, business development, and solar technology.

Matt Kesler attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics. Matt continued their education at the same university and completed another Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from 1977 to 2001.
