Karolina Szewczyczak

Karolina Szewczyczak is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources and employer branding. Currently serving as an HR Manager and Senior HR/Employer Branding Specialist at OMD Poland and Resolution Poland since September 2019, Karolina has prior experience as a Koordynator HR and HR Specialist at Performance Media from January 2009 to August 2019, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and supporting managerial staff. Earlier roles include a recruitment specialist at Doradztwo Personalne and various positions at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., where coaching, training, and client service were key responsibilities. Karolina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego in Warsaw and completed additional studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
