Aakanksha Chouhan

Aakanksha Chouhan has a diverse range of work experience in data analysis, machine learning engineering, and artificial intelligence research. Aakanksha has worked as a Data Analyst at Materra, where they collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to analyze big data and contribute to product development and business strategies. In their role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, Aakanksha worked on projects related to predicting traffic collisions hotspots and severity, as well as forecasting water availability and electricity prices for optimal renewable energy usage. Aakanksha also gained experience as a Data Scientist at Stealth and a Machine Learning Engineer at Hanson Robotics Limited. Additionally, Aakanksha has interned as a Data Science and Engineering Intern at HT Media Ltd and as a Machine Learning Research Intern at the National University of Singapore. Aakanksha has also worked on various projects as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, where they contributed to solutions for socioeconomic and environmental problems. Prior to these roles, they worked as an AI Researcher at Next Tech Lab and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Minerva Project. Aakanksha Chouhan pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SRM University, AP, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in the field of data science and analytics. These certifications include Data Communication Concepts from DataCamp (obtained in January 2023), SQL Challenge from Mode (obtained in September 2022), and Streamlined Data Ingestion with pandas from DataCamp (obtained in April 2022). Aakanksha has also obtained certifications in analyzing policy activities, data cleaning in Python, exploratory data analysis in Python, intermediate importing data in Python, introduction to SQL, introduction to Tableau, joining data in SQL, introduction to importing data in Python, data visualization with Matplotlib, data visualization with Seaborn, data manipulation in Python, intermediate Python, joining data in Pandas, and Python for Data Science from DataCamp (all obtained in December 2021 and September 2021). In addition, they have earned certificates in Data Science in Real Life and Build a Data Science Web App with Streamlit and Python from Coursera Course Certificates (obtained in September 2020 and July 2020, respectively).
