Viola Crellin-Davies

Viola Crellin-Davies has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Viola started their career at Village Underground as a Duty Manager, where they managed cultural events and facilitated collaborations between artists and cultural practitioners. Viola then worked at Saatchi & Saatchi as a Planning Graduate on the Summer Academy program, gaining experience in planning and working with the EE account. Viola also worked as a Strategist at Mother, where they contributed to strategic planning initiatives. Viola later joined Traces App as a Business Development & Strategy professional, responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies. As a freelance consultant at Redscout, Viola provided their expertise in various projects. Viola then joined Endemol - House of Tomorrow, Zeppotron as an Archivist / Logger, where they collected and archived funny content for Charlie Brooker's End of Year Wipe. Viola transitioned to the tech industry and became a Software Developer at Trayport, focusing on software development. Viola continued their career at Frontier Developments, working as a Software Developer and contributing to software development projects. Most recently, Viola joined Splash Damage as a Senior Backend Engineer, specializing in backend engineering. Viola is currently working at Omeda Studios in the same senior role, further expanding their expertise in backend engineering.

Viola Crellin-Davies began their education in 2004 at The Cheltenham Ladies' College, where they pursued A Levels in Further Maths, Maths, Economics (including Advanced Extension Award Economics), Art, and History of Art. Viola completed their A Levels in 2009. In 2009, they enrolled in the Chelsea School of Arts for a Foundation degree in Fine Art, which they completed in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Viola attended the University of Cambridge, majoring in History of Art and earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In 2016, they completed a Coding Bootcamp at Makers, focusing on Computer Programming/Programmer, General. Additionally, Viola holds a certification in Effectiveness Test with Distinction from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA).
