Mike Catalano P.e.

Mike Catalano, P.E. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Omega Accounting Solutions, where they focus on empowering the team for success, integrating new acquisitions and services, and optimizing current operations. Previously, they worked at TriVista, starting as a Sales Associate at Sport Chalet in 2004 and then progressing to various positions, including Associate and Electric Utility Engineer. At TriVista, they worked as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Director. Mike also gained research experience as a Master's Researcher at the University of California Irvine, focusing on dynamics and control. Mike holds a Master's degree and had the opportunity to collaborate with Professor David Reinkensmeyer on trunk strength testing apparatus.

Mike Catalano, P.E. has a strong educational background in engineering and business administration. Mike obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education at UC Irvine, where they completed a Master's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Dynamics and Control, from 2010 to 2011.

Mike Catalano also focused on enhancing their management and business skills. Mike completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification program at UC Irvine from 2011 to 2012, further expanding their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. Mike continued their education at UC Irvine and achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from 2012 to 2013, demonstrating their expertise in implementing Lean Six Sigma principles within organizations.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mike Catalano has obtained the Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification in Mechanical Engineering from the BOARD FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS, LAND SURVEYORS, AND GEOLOGISTS in December 2018. This certification distinguishes him as a licensed professional in their field.
