Karyn White, SHRM-CP, PHR

Karyn White, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 25 years of Human Resources experience. Karyn began their career in 1995 as Northeast Human Resources Manager for DS Waters. In 2007, they became the Director of Human Resources for HR AdminAssist, providing Human Resources services for clients as an “Out-sourced Human Resources Director”. In 2008, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager for Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corp., where they successfully reduced annual turnover from 28% to less than 2%. In the same year, they also became a HR Roundtable Member for Associated Industries of Massachusetts. In 2010, they were appointed HR Committee Chair for The Smaller Business Association of New England, Inc. (SBANE). From 2015 to 2019, they held the positions of Executive Vice President and Director of Client Services for PayPlans & Benefits, Inc. In 2019, they became Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President, and Executive Vice President for Omega Benefit Strategies, Inc. and Omega Benefit Strategies, LLC, respectively.

Karyn White, SHRM-CP, PHR has an education history that includes a PHR from the HR Certification Institute from 2000-2002 in Human Resource Management, an Interior Design degree from Bauder College, Miami Fl from 1978-1979, and a SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Managment in 2015. Karyn also has additional certifications including a Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) from HRCI in 2021 and 2018, a SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2015, and a PHR - Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute, Society of Human Resources.
