Rich Benci began their work experience in 1996 as a VP Sales at PersonaLogic, which was acquired by AOL. Rich then served as VP Sales - Western Region at MyPoints.com, which had a successful IPO. In 1999, Benci became the President and COO of RealAge, Inc., where they helped develop RealAge's business plan and managed a large consumer database containing 120+ health attributes per user across 35MM users. Following the acquisition of RealAge by Hearst Magazines, Benci became the Executive Vice President of Sharecare, where they were responsible for the user experience, corporate partnerships, and advertising sponsorships. Since 2016, Benci has been the President of Benci Analytics, LLC., a management consultancy firm with an emphasis on analytics. In 2020, they became the CEO of Omega Benefits, Inc., which produces affordable, full-featured employee benefit websites targeted to businesses with 200 - 5,000+ employees. Additionally, in 2021, Benci became a Member of the Board of Advisors at OtisHealth and a CSU Chico - Leadership Program Advisor at California State University, Chico.
