Nicholas Broshear has worked in the IT field since 2006. Nicholas began their career as a PC Lab Technician at Ross High School in 2006. In 2008, they became a Grocery Clerk at Kroger, where they managed daily stocking and rotation of inventory in the dairy department and receipt of shipments. In 2011, they joined Beyond Hosting as a Sales Engineer & Tier 1 Technician, where they were responsible for customer support and data migration from other web hosting providers. In 2014, they became an IT Specialist at Cornerstone Office Systems, where they provided help desk support and advised on equipment upgrades. Also in 2014, they joined The Windshire Group, LLC as a Remote IT Manager, where they were responsible for creating, maintaining and assisting employees with office 365 accounts, as well as the maintenance, design and account access for the companies SharePoint websites. In 2016, they became a Project Lead/Network Engineer at Omega Computer Services.

Nicholas Broshear has an education history that includes an Associate's degree in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2009. Nicholas also attended Ross High School between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Technical Sales Professional from Veeam Software in 2019, Certified Professional: User Level 1 from IT Glue in 2019, and Advanced Certified Engineer (ACE) from 3CX in 2018.
