Elsa Zerrusen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and corporate functions, currently serving as Sr Human Resources Manager at DwyerOmega since April 2023. Previously, Elsa worked at OMEGA Engineering from March 1998 to the present, holding multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems management. Elsa began the career as a Recruiting Assistant at ACMI from May 1994 to March 1998.
