Craig Fitzpatrick is an experienced professional in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management with a strong background in offshore operations. Currently serving as an Offshore HSE Advisor with Omega Subsea, Craig provides HSEQ support to vessel and project teams in offshore wind farm projects while also coaching personnel to enhance safety behaviors. Previously, Craig held key HSEQ roles at Solstad Offshore ASA and Rigmar Group, focusing on audits and safety record management. With early career experience in project management and operations coordination, coupled with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Robert Gordon University, Craig brings a diverse skill set to the field of safety management.
