Robert David Spencer

Robert Spencer is an experienced survey technical lead currently working at Omega Subsea since July 2024, following a five-year tenure at UTEC SURVEY as a project surveyor and senior project surveyor, where technical survey expertise in offshore projects was provided. Prior roles include senior and offshore hydrographic surveyor positions at Proserv and Nautronix, respectively, and as an offshore hydrographic surveyor for DEME Group, specializing in dynamic positioned fall pipe vessel operations. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Hydrography and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both from the University of Plymouth, along with a solid foundation established at Highcliffe Secondary School.
