Allison Hubert

Allison Hubert is a Senior Principal at Omega Venture Partners since May 2024, focusing on investment strategies. Previously, Allison held a part-time role at the Penn Fund For Health from October 2023 to June 2024, specializing in investments aimed at improving population health. Prior to that, Allison was with Accenture from December 2019 to June 2023, where contributions included co-creating the digital health strategy and managing key relationships within the startup ecosystem as a Ventures Associate. In addition, Allison served as a Management Consultant in Health & Life Sciences, developing strategies for over 30 healthcare organizations. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
