Dave Friedenson

Dave Friedenson, MD, FACEP has a comprehensive work experience history. Dave currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Omega Healthcare Management Services, a role they assumed in March 2022. Prior to this, in January 2023, they started working as the Consulting Emergency Medicine Physician Documentation and Coding Leader for Enjoin.

Dr. Friedenson has also held significant leadership positions in various organizations. Dave served as the Past Chair of the ACEP Coding and Nomenclature Committee since September 2017 and as the Past President of Colorado ACEP since January 2017.

Furthermore, Dr. Friedenson has extensive experience in the field of healthcare technology, having worked as the Chief Medical Officer at Reventics, Inc. from February 2014 until January 2023.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Friedenson served as an Attending Emergency Physician at Boulder Emergency Physicians from March 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Attending Physician at CarePoint P.C. for almost two decades, from July 1999 to February 2019.

Dave Friedenson, MD, FACEP attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1988 to 1991 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience. Dave then went on to study at UMass Chan Medical School from 1992 to 1996, obtaining their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Following this, they completed their Emergency Medicine Residency at The Johns Hopkins University from 1996 to 1999.
