Heather Grey

Heather Grey currently serves as SVP/GM for RWD and Clinical Trials at Omega Healthcare Management Services since December 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Tempus from November 2019 to December 2023, including Vice President of Clinical Trial Solutions overseeing Commercial and Pharma Operations, and Vice President of Business Development with a focus on RWD Sales. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Sales and Client Development at UnitedHealth Group - Optum Life Sciences from July 2017 to March 2019, and as Director of Strategic Partnerships at SwervePay Health, LLC from July 2016 to April 2017. Heather began a career in sales at a Pharmaceutical Company from August 2009 to July 2016. Educationally, Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Science/Mathematics (Pre-Med) from Judson University from January 1999 to January 2002.
