Karthik Mulakaluri

Karthik Mulakaluri has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Karthik is currently serving as the Director - Talent Development at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where they are responsible for creating a learning culture and implementing leadership and behavioral learning interventions for a workforce of over 30,000 employees. Prior to this, Karthik worked as a Strategic Advisor, Leadership Coach, and Guest Faculty at IWCB, Start Up Organizations, and VGU. Karthik also held the position of Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at Accenture in India, where they managed HR initiatives for various industry groups and won accolades for their contributions. Karthik has also worked as a Senior Manager - Human Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Deputy General Manager - Human Resources at IBM India Pvt Ltd, Business Partner - Human Resources at Oracle, and Senior Executive - Human Resources at Vodafone. Karthik started their career as an Area Executive - Human Resources at Eureka Forbes Limited.

Karthik Mulakaluri is currently pursuing a PhD at the Academy of HRD in Ahmedabad. Prior to that, they completed a PGDBM in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management at the Institute of Public Enterprise from 1999 to 2001. Karthik has also obtained various certifications, including a Certification in Organisational Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2021, and a Certified Happiness Coach certification from the University of California, Berkeley in 2022.
