Rachel Dubois

Rachel duBois, MHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Omega Healthcare Management Services since May 2022, overseeing HR and Redeployment teams for the US and providing employee relations support for approximately 700 employees. Previously, Rachel operated as a Human Resources Consultant, advising small businesses on strategic HR solutions. Prior roles included HR Manager at Charter Communications, where oversight was provided for a contact center with over 400 employees, and Senior Human Resources Generalist/HR Manager at Avant Healthcare Professionals. Rachel’s career began at the University of Florida, with progressive responsibilities in administrative services and HR. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida, and an Associate of Arts in Sociology from Santa Fe College.
