Allison Friend

Allison Friend is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Managing Director for Talent Development at O'Melveny & Myers LLP since July 2021. Prior to this role, Allison held significant positions including Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas at Hogan Lovells from December 2015 to June 2021, and Chief Human Resources Officer at both Blank Rome LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role in Human Resources at Liberty Mutual and work as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice at Goodwin Procter LLP. Allison Friend earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
