Julia Yau

Julia Yau currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at O'Melveny & Myers LLP since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading and developing HR policies and activities while ensuring alignment with the firm's values and talent strategy. Prior to this role, Julia Yau held several positions at Hogan Lovells from July 2009 to February 2022, ultimately becoming the Director of HR/Compensation for the Americas and the Global HR Lead for the LAE Practice. Previous experience also includes roles at Hogan & Hartson as a Paralegal Coordinator and at Dickstein Shapiro LLP as a Litigation Paralegal. Julia Yau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
