Sara Dachel

Sara Dachel has extensive experience in human resources systems management, currently serving as Manager of HR Systems and previously as HR Systems Administrator at O'Melveny & Myers LLP since May 2012. Responsibilities include administration of Workday for 14 global offices, with expertise in advanced reporting, compensation, benefits configuration, and payroll support. Prior to this role, Sara Dachel worked at HR Technologies, Inc. as a Project Consultant from July 2005 to April 2012, developing SQL Server stored procedures, vendor integrations, and payroll solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as an Implementation Consultant from July 1999 to January 2003, managing HR software implementations and providing client training.
