Peter B. Cancelmo

Peter Cancelmo currently serves as the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Omeros Corporation since January 2019, having previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Governance and Securities. Prior to this, Peter Cancelmo was a Principal and Chair of the Business Practice Group at Garvey Schubert Barer from January 2007 to December 2018, and also worked as an attorney at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and Choate, Hall & Stewart between 2003 and 2007. Peter Cancelmo holds a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Saint Michael's College.
