Caroline Kidnie, CPA, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Investment and Climate Risk at OMERS, overseeing transaction risk reviews for significant infrastructure and private equity acquisitions and leading bi-annual portfolio risk assessments. Previously, Caroline held roles including Associate Director and Manager in Private Markets Risk and Total Plan Risk, where responsibilities encompassed risk management for private equity and infrastructure investments, as well as producing comprehensive risk reports. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Financial Analyst at Brookfield Asset Management and Senior Staff Accountant at EY. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Accounting and an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics with a Finance Option from the University of Waterloo.
