Hafeez Haq

Hafeez Haq, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software engineering and automation. Currently serving as Associate Director of Developer Platforms at OMERS since September 2021, Hafeez has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Manager and Software Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Regional Engineering Officer in Automation & Controls at Canada Post from October 2015 to September 2021 and several engineering and automation-focused roles at CIMCO Refrigeration Inc., Hydro One, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Deluxe Laboratories, Magna Powertrain, Quest Software, and Sapient. Hafeez earned a BASc in Mechatronics Engineering with Distinction from the University of Waterloo, graduating in 2009.
