Justin Moulton

Justin Moulton is an accomplished professional with a robust background in business design and consulting. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Senior Business Designer at OMERS since July 2020, Justin previously held roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Monitor Deloitte and Doblin from August 2017 to July 2020, as well as a Summer Consultant at Monitor Deloitte in 2016. Justin also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Labour in the summer of 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Computer and Information Technology in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania (2024-2025), an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University (2013-2017), and a Master of Economics and Business from Sciences Po (2016).
