Melissa Martens

Melissa Martens is a seasoned professional in leadership and team development, currently serving as Manager of Leadership and Team Development at OMERS since May 2019, with prior roles including Lead of Global Leadership Development and Senior Associate in Global Leadership & Digital Learning. Previously, Melissa worked as a Trainer for the Walter Blüchert Foundation, designing workshops aimed at aiding economically disadvantaged students and refugees. Additional experience includes an internship at BÖLLHOFF Group, where Melissa facilitated onboarding events and developed e-learning content, and freelance training at Landvolkshochschule Freckenhorst, focusing on vocational training topics.
