Nikki Holland

Nikki Holland's work experience includes various roles in executive positions. Nikki is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Operational Risk Management at OMERS, where they are responsible for special projects. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Pension Stakeholder Relations at OMERS. Before joining OMERS, Nikki Holland held the position of President and CEO at the Jewish Federations of Canada - UIA, where they managed a $120M national operation and was responsible for overseeing the facilitation of funds to not-for-profits in Israel. Nikki also worked as the Director of Public Affairs for the Carpenters' District Council Ontario and as the Vice President of Public Affairs at Invest Toronto. Their earlier experience includes roles at the Insurance Bureau of Canada, the Ontario Government, Ministry of the Attorney General, and the Office of Michael Bryant. Throughout their career, Nikki Holland has overseen government and stakeholder relations, managed communication strategies, and led teams.

Nikki Holland attended York University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Ba hon). Additionally, in 1994 and 1995, they attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem for Middle Eastern Politics and Leadership Training, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
