Rich Woo

Rich Woo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end-user support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at OMERS since January 2021, Rich Woo manages comprehensive IT functions for a dynamic office of around 50 employees, ensuring effective troubleshooting and collaboration with remote IT teams. Previously, Rich Woo held roles at Instinet Incorporated, overseeing systems administration and executing significant migration projects, along with managing various IT systems. Additional experience includes managing end-user computing projects at IHiS, leading desktop support teams at TechnipFMC, and providing desktop support at prestigious financial institutions such as BNP Paribas and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Rich Woo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
