Caroline Wood

Caroline Wood is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in various accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as Finance Director at Ometis Limited since February 2013, Caroline oversees all finance functions and financial planning and analysis, with significant involvement in company acquisitions. Prior to this role, Caroline held positions as Head of Finance and Finance Manager at CoreCom Ltd from November 2009 to February 2013, managing the company's accounting functions and staff training. Caroline's career began at Philip Barnes & Co, where a progression from Junior to Audit Manager spanned from July 1997 to October 2009, providing a strong foundation in accountancy and audit. Caroline holds a BsC with honours in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2002, and completed education at Torc High School, Tamworth, from 1990 to 1997.
