Roman Kutlak is a seasoned software engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computational linguistics. Currently working at Ometria since October 2020, Roman has previously held positions as a Python developer at Map of Agriculture and as a language technologist at Oxford University Press, where responsibilities included designing software to enhance linguistic resources. Roman's career began at the University of Aberdeen, initially as a research fellow on the SAsSy project and then as a PhD student focusing on Natural Language Generation. Roman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Linguistics and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, both from the University of Aberdeen.
