Prior to this, Cathy held various HR roles at companies such as Hozelock, Griffith Laboratories, and South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Cathy holds a Masters degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, obtained in 2008.
