Saptarshi Basu

Saptarshi Basu currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner for East at Ion Exchange India Ltd, overseeing HR operations in the water and wastewater treatment sector since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Regional HR & Admin at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., where key HR initiatives were driven from March 2023 to May 2024, and as Senior Executive in Human Resources at PRAN-RFL Group, responsible for recruitment across India and internationally from April 2021 to March 2023. Saptarshi's career began as an HR Executive at RG'S FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, managing the end-to-end recruitment process in Eastern India from February 2019 to April 2021, and includes an internship at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Saptarshi holds a PGDM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's and a B.COM (H) from Heramba Chandra College.
