Jennifer Ghazzouli

Jennifer Ghazzouli, MS, PHR has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jennifer began their career as a Consultant at Kenexa in 2000 and later worked as a Recruiter at QuinTech Resources from 2002 to 2004. Jennifer then joined Salveson Stetson Group as a Contract Recruiter in 2004. Jennifer continued their recruitment career at Christiana Care Health System as a Senior Recruiter from 2004 to 2011.

In 2011, Jennifer joined QVC and held various roles within the Talent Acquisition department. Jennifer started as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from 2011 to 2012. Jennifer then became a Manager of Talent Acquisition and was responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, managing a team, and ensuring a positive candidate and client experience from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Strategy, overseeing a team and driving the vision and strategy for talent acquisition at QVC globally from 2014 to 2016.

Currently, Jennifer is working as the Vice President/Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at OneMain since December 2016.

Jennifer Ghazzouli has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from La Salle University between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has obtained several certifications, including "Building and Leading Effective Teams" from Columbia Business School, "Strategic Workforce Planning" from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
