Kelly Wight

Kelly Wight is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Vice President and Program Manager at OneMain Financial since January 2006. In this role, Kelly facilitates both in-person and virtual training for employee development, designs and develops training programs, and provides ongoing support and coaching to management and employees. Kelly also conducts metric analyses to assess training effectiveness and leads the onboarding of newly hired facilitators. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a teacher for English as a Second Language at Salt Lake City School District from March 2004 to July 2013, where responsibilities included developing curriculum for adult learners and ensuring compliance with state requirements. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brigham Young University, completed between 1995 and 2003.
