Micah R. Conrad

Mr. Conrad currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees financial operations and planning for OneMain Financial, playing an instrumental role in delivering value to the Company’s stakeholders.

Mr. Conrad was the Chief Financial Officer of OneMain Financial Holdings, Inc., then a subsidiary of Citigroup, from 2013 until it was acquired by OneMain Financial (then known as Springleaf) in November 2015. Prior to that, he was a managing director at Citigroup and served in a variety of senior finance roles within Citi Holdings, Global Wealth Management and Institutional Clients Group.

Mr. Conrad holds a master’s degree from Bentley University – McCallum Graduate School of Business.
