Eric Lemke

Eric Lemke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric is currently working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at OMG National since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pahlisch Homes Inc. from June 2019 to June 2022, where they served as a Customer Service Manager/Assistant Site Supervisor. In this role, they conducted inspections of production and custom residential homes, managed repairs by coordinating with Trade Partners, and provided detailed information about the new home and warranty process to new homeowners.

Before joining Pahlisch Homes Inc., Eric worked at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter from September 2018 to May 2019. Eric also gained experience as an Operations Manager at Sherwin-Williams from February 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, they worked briefly as a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams in June 2015.

Eric started their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at WorldVentures from January 2013 to January 2014. Overall, Eric has demonstrated skills in digital marketing, customer service, home inspections, trade management, and sales.
